Mr. Kundu joined Bangladesh Finance in 2016, building upon a solid career foundation shaped by his previous roles at Alliance Financial Services Limited (AFSL) and Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL). In each of these roles, he consistently demonstrated a high level of analytical acumen and leadership capability, contributing to enhanced risk assessment frameworks and improved business performance.
Academically accomplished, Mr. Kundu holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Dhaka. He has further broadened his professional qualifications by earning an LLB degree, completing Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, and achieving Executive Level II certification as a Chartered Secretary. His commitment to professional development is reflected in his active participation in numerous training programs, workshops, seminars, and conferences, particularly in the areas of financial analysis and credit risk.
Recently appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bangladesh Finance Capital Limited; a subsidiary of Bangladesh Finance; Mr. Kundu’s elevation marks a significant milestone in his distinguished career. His strategic vision, robust financial expertise, and dedication to excellence are expected to drive the continued growth and success of the organization.
